I have been a member on this specific social media outlet since back in the day. You know, when you needed a .edu extension on your email address and everything. 👵🏾
I would like to think that my different social media accounts serve different purposes. One is where I am more vocal; the other being a place for me to plaster pictures of trips outside the house.
This day would be the day that I merge these worlds with my truth.
Along my path I have met many different people and often disclosed to them my HIV status. I’ve given presentations on the topic to groups of over 100 people at a time. But this was different.
I was writing my HIV status for the world to see. I could never take it back. Like never. O well. I did and it went a little like this :

What not to do: Be scared of what they gone say. You will never go.
